It is our great pleasure to invite you to attend the 5th International Congress of Eurasian Archaeology, ICEA 2014 Ochakiv-Ukraine Eurasian Archaeology: Cultural Drifts, Changes and Transformations, from Prehistory to the Middle Ages, which will be held in Ochakiv, Ukraine. On behalf of Institute of Archaeology of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and in collaboration with the Center for Studies on Caucasian & Central Asian Archaeology of Dokuz Eylul University, DEU KAM (Turkey), along with the The Institute of Oriental Studies A. Krimskogo (Ukraine), Institute of History of National Academy of Science (Ukraine), Historical and Cultural Association “Ukraine-Turkey” (Ukraine), Mykolayiv Regional State Administration (Ukraine) and Ochakiv City Council (Ukraine), under the umbrella of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, ICEA 2014 Ochakiv-Ukraine is taking place in Ochakiv town of Ukraine, in late September 2014.
The first ICEA meeting was organized in Çeşme, Turkey (FICEA 2007). Other meetings was carried out respectively in Tire, Turkey (ICEA 2010), in Demirci, Turkey (ICEA 2011) and in Agsu, Azerbaijan (ICEA 2012). We are happy to invite you all to join us for the 5th ICEA in Ochakiv. The cultural background and historical landscape make Ochakiv one of the most attractive cities near Black Sea, so, make sure to mark your calendar: 23 - 26 September 2014

Please pay attention to the writing constructions of the reports:

--an A4 page abstract in Russian (for all) should be put end of the paper.
--full Text should be precisely prepared for print with its appendix (photos useable in quality, notes,

The notes are referred in the text in parentheses such as:

Each paper should have the following structure and order
Title of the Paper:
It is written in capital letters (Times New Roman 20 pt. regular) centered on one or more lines.
Names of the Author(s):
After the title of the paper, the name(s) of the author(s) are written (Times New Roman 10 pt, boldface) centered on a line last names in capitals, and City (not Country) of author should be written under the name (8 pt, boldface).
The text must be single spaced.
Figures, illustrations, photos:
Each figure, illustration and photograph must have caption typed directly beneath it or a list should prepare for them. All figures, drawings, graphs and photos should be attached to the text and have enough resolution to be able to followed by reader. Color photos and drawings are also acceptable or lists for figures, illustrations, photos.
Power Point presentations (20 minutes) in Ukrainian, Turkish and Russian should be prepared with English caption. Participants should submit their PP materials (on CD) onsite at the secretariat counter on 23 September 2014, until 23:00.
All participants should pay registration fee before registration. For members: 100 Euros (being a participant of ICEA requires participating to the ICEA 2007 Çeşme, ICEA 2010 Tire, ICEA 2011 Demirci or ICEA 2012 Agsu-Azerbaijan). For non-members: 125-Euros.

NOTE: Regsitration fee may also be paid on site (before registration).
All accepted participants' accommodation expenses will be covered by the Congress Organization.
The travel expenses will be met by participants.
Invitation letter will be sent to accepted participants who had submitted their full texts with their ap-pendixes before 23 July 2014. Invitation letter will be used only for the purpose of getting permission and/or grant from institutions, and it will not provide any financial profit to the participant.
On 23 September 2014, Monday, participants will be taken from Odessa and Nikolaev (airports and Train station); on 26 September 2014, Friday, participants will be transported to the Odessa and Nikolaev (airports and train station)
Tour to the Archaeological Museum, Odessa (optional), the Local History Museum, Nikolaev (op-tional), the National Historical and Cultural Reserve “Olbia” (optional) and Berezan; Kinburn Spit (due to the weather conditions). Payment of excursion will be met by Congress Organizers.
NOTE: The Organizing Committee reserve the right not to accept the reports irrelevant to the topic of the Congress.
